This is an on the fly thought or per say an experiment with what was in the refrigerator and cabinets. Ingredients: 3/4 cup Granulated sugar 3/4 cup coconut sugar (or brown sugar) 1g Vanilla 1/2 t.s. salt 1 large egg (2 small) 1 cup peanut butter 1 cup Margarine 1 cup muesli 1 t.s soda 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour Preparation: In a large bowl mix until smooth margarine , both sugars, peanut butter, muesli, salt and the egg. With a sifter add the baking soda and flour, mix slowly until flour is absorbed. Pre-heat oven 200º F. Grease baking pan. With a tablespoon and fork scoop a nice cookie size and place in tray using the fork to push off, leave space around the cookie because they expand a bit. Cook for around 10 minutes. The pictures shown are 14 minutes in my oven, I like a little charcoal. P.S. Let them cool a bit to avoid breaking or crumbs. Bon Appétit!!!!
